Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days from ship date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returns requesting a refund back to the original form of payment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn with original tags and in the same condition that you received it. Packing slip and proof of purchase must be returned with item.
If Items are missing from your package, notice will need to be made by email or text with in 14 days of delivery to be eligible for replacement or refund.

Non-returnable items:
At this time there are no returns offered on Personalized, Handmade or Custom orders, Sale Items or Jewelry. Due to the customized nature of the products, there may be small imperfections as these items are custom. There are no refunds. We strive to communicate throughout the process to ensure your satisfaction, however due to the handmade nature of items such as tumblers, earrings, custom apparel and anything else handmade, small imperfections are to be expected. Thank you for understanding. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor resolution and therefor are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit (Less Shipping and 20% restocking fee) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged PRIOR TO USE. This does NOT include if the damage was due to improper use or treatment of handmade goods such as dropping a cup, placing a cup in the dishwasher/microwave, washing apparel in HOT water, the use of fabric softeners, bleaches or dyes or drying custom apparel a dryer on anything but LOW hear. These are just SOME examples of things that could potentially cause an item to break, wear fast or result in damage. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item or items totaling over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and are not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to shipping methods.
