Sublimation Transfers (Use our Gang Sheet Builder!)

I PRINT MONDAY- 1PM FRIDAY You can expect your order within 24-48 hours throughout the week. I do NOT print on Saturdays and Sundays.

Art board size can be legal sized (8.5 x 14 inches) OR Larger format sized (13 x 19 inches)

FILE WIDTH MUST NOT EXCEED 13 inches

FILE LENGTH MUST NOT EXCEED 19 inches.

Custom Sublimation Transfers

Artwork Details

• Vector artwork or images with a resolution of 300 dpi or higher are required.
• Multiple file types are accepted- what you see is what will print!
• Single or ganged files are acceptable. Any ganged designs must be submitted pre-ganged on an artboard sized 13 x 19 inches.
• Do NOT submit your artwork mirrored—I will do that on my end!
• Any details smaller than 1 point (0.35 mm) may not print correctly.
• All artwork is converted to CMYK before production. Any artwork not submitted in this format may result in inconsistent color quality.
• Sublimation transfers cannot produce white, neon, or Pantone colors.
• Sublimation designs can NOT be applied to dark materials! No white ink is used in printing process! (If this look is required, please see our DTF products)

Transfer Details

• Transfers will appear muted upon arrival. They become more vibrant after pressing.

Pressing Guidelines

• A Heat Press is required to appropriately press on Soft goods. Mug press or oven is required to successfully press/bake on to hard good. 
• Press times- 375 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 45-60 seconds. You will need to test times and temperatures with your equipment, as all heat pressed are not created equally. 
• Sublimation works best on 100% white polyester garments and sublimation-treated surfaces.
• It can also be applied to other types of garments, such as 50/50 blends and cotton.
• When pressing onto other light-colored garments, note that the colors may not be as vibrant, as they will take on the color of the garment. Again, no WHITE ink is used in the print process
• If pressing onto anything other than fabric, please reach out for further assistance prior to placing your order.

515 Creative Designs is NOT responsible for poor image quality, or poor transfer application. PLEASE research how to press/bake sublimation goods prior to purchase. 

Colors vary from screen to screen, 515 Creative Designs will not take responsibility for color variations and each file is converted to CMYK prior to printing.
